Auction Terms & Guidelines
Bidding Rules
- All bids are legally binding commitments to purchase
- Minimum bid increments are set by the seller
- You will be notified immediately if you are outbid
- Auctions end at the specified date and time (no extensions)
Reserve Prices
Some auctions have reserve prices (minimum acceptable price). The reserve status is displayed on each listing:
- Reserve Met: Current bid meets seller's minimum
- Reserve Not Met: Seller may choose not to sell
- No Reserve: Vehicle will sell to highest bidder
Payment & Escrow
All auction winners must complete payment through our secure escrow service within 48 hours. Funds are held safely until the vehicle is delivered and approved by the buyer.
Buyer Protection
Every auction purchase is protected by our comprehensive buyer guarantee. If the vehicle is not as described, you are protected through our dispute resolution process.
