By accessing and using TimelessDrive USA, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TimelessDrive USA for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate descriptions and images of vehicles
• Disclose all known defects or issues
• Have legal right to sell the vehicle
• Complete all required verification steps

Buyers must:

• Conduct due diligence before purchase
• Use escrow services for payments
• Arrange inspection when possible
• Complete transactions in good faith

4. Payment and Escrow

All transactions must use our secure escrow service. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the vehicle. TimelessDrive USA is not responsible for transactions completed outside our platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to work with TimelessDrive USA mediation services. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TimelessDrive USA acts as a marketplace platform only. We do not own, sell, or inspect the vehicles listed. While we verify sellers, we make no warranties about the condition or legality of vehicles. Buyers purchase at their own risk.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

TimelessDrive USA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
